Sometimes you just need a coach.
I've hired a coach in my life at least half a dozen times, the most recent being September of 2023. A coach can help you gain clarity. A coach can help you gain focus. A coach can help you see what your next step is. Sometimes a coach just needs to kick you in the butt.
I've taught at an elite private school, a Title 1 school, a suburban school, and now I'm half time at a charter school. I've almost been fired for doing the right thing. I've had my boundaries abused. I've had great performance reviews. I've had two bad performance reviews.
