I've been speaking publicly since 1996, constantly improving. In 2017, I advanced through several levels of competition to be eligible to compete in the District 26 Toastmasters Contest (Colorado, Wyoming and western Nebraska). Alas, I didn't win that level (but I came in 6th place for the region).
